This is a glitch in Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy for Xbox on the level "From the Ether and Beyond". It should work on the PS2 version too. This video takes place in the room right before the door to the canyon part of the level. What I do is get stuck in the light above the pyramid by simply TK surfing up into it on top of a metal crate. You can't exactly move once you get in there, but it's definitely weird.
