I was watching this when i realized exactly the location of the artist...in the far back ground you can see Cape Split jutting out into the water (dividing the Bay of Fundy from the Minas Basin) therefore, the shore must be close to Wolfville or Handport, Nova Scotia. (and for the record this is where the highest tides in the world are found)

This whole documentary is incredible. The pieces he does with icicles are amazing. If you like Andy Goldsworthy, look up Richard Long, he does similar 'natural' pieces...
