Description:
A daily video blog covering entertainment news. Today: David Beckham may be coming to the U.S. even sooner than originally planned, Rick Schroder wants us to call him "Ricky" again, and CBS and YouTube have teamed with a contest to give people 15 seconds of fame. Will somebody please say something original? |

burntonion ::: Favorites Soccer will never be sexy in the US because the pace of the game is too slow. Americans want fast scoring and fast action. The only reason soccer is so big in other countries is because they don't have the NBA or NFL. 07-01-15 17:28:08 _____________________________________________________
JamesWorldStudios ::: Favorites NFL sucks, just NHL and NBA is the best, and fuck america. 07-05-18 19:59:27 _____________________________________________________
jeroendekk ::: Favorites Thats a bit chauvinistic. Its like saying french only eat those stinky cheeses because they don;t have ihops. And english people only drink tea because they dont have pepsi. 07-01-17 15:52:25 _____________________________________________________

welshmagic ::: Favorites Is that a round about way of saying soccer will never be popular because the average American has an attention span of 10 seconds, and prefers not to invest effort into understanding the subtle parts of a game? Seems a bit unlikely to me, since baseball (America's Cricket) is still a national game, so there must be plenty of fine upstanding patriotic Americans with more than a teenage appreciation for skill and tactics, gawd bless 'em :) 07-01-18 20:31:16 _____________________________________________________
davidemoss24 ::: Favorites the guy who wrote the top comment 'burntonion', we get american football on tv over here, we have our own league etc.We just don't enjoy it as a majority, watching american football is what watching soccor is to you. And don't forget we have rugby, which influenced the start of american football. So any american football fans in england will naturally watch rugby as their first choice. 07-02-01 11:37:33 _____________________________________________________
